and much more!
Wander up the paths and through the gardens at Cedar Creek. Artists will be
holding demonstrations throughout the day in their on-site studios. Visit the nursery for a great selection
of spring plants and herbs, relax at any one of our seating areas sprinkled thoughout the grounds.
Don't forget to visit the gallery for a unique one stop shopping experience.
We represent more than 200 local, regional and national artists and your purchase
can be boxed, wrapped and shipped anywhere in the United States.
Cedar Creek Gallery is a destination! We stand apart from other area craft galleries in that much of
our work is made on the premises. Opening as a studio space and shop for two potters in 1968,
we have since grown to showcase the work of more than twelve on-site potters, glass blowers and jewelers as well as more than 200 American craftspeople. Each of these artisans own their own small business making pottery, blown glass, jewelry and other fine craft.
It is truly fascinating to watch and learn what you can as you watch these crafts being made.
On a daily basis, the artists spend much of their time quietly working alone in their studios.
While the creative process often requires a certain amount of solitude and focus,
we understand the public's curiosity and we respond to many requests to see the artists working.
The Pottery and Glass Festival is held twice per year, in early April and early October.
These events begin with a Preview Opening on the first Friday of these months and then continue during the following two Saturdays and Sundays. This is a great time for people to see the artists as
they work and explain their creative process. Demonstrations are scheduled throughout the days
and one can find interesting inspiration all day long.
We will also have live music and a food truck onsite for lunch during special openings and festivals!
