This handcrafted cheese knife brings rustic charm and refined artistry to any gathering. Each handle is shaped from natural wood and accented with brilliant turquoise inlay, tracing the veins and cracks in the grain like rivers through a landscape. No two knives are ever the same.
With a sharp 5-inch blade and an overall length of approximately 11 inches, it’s designed for both beauty and utility. A protective blade sleeve is included for safe storage, making it a thoughtful gift or a standout addition to your own collection.
Because each knife is made by hand, variations in wood grain, inlay patterns, and overall appearance are part of its unique character. To care for your knife, rinse with warm water and wipe clean using a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Avoid soaking to preserve the integrity of the wood and turquoise detail.

About Ron & Christine Sisco
Ron and Christine Sisco have been handcrafting wooden kitchen utensils and breadboards for more than twenty-five years. Their work is created with sustainable domestic hardwoods, specifically mesquite, cherry and black walnut. Ron and Christine use the natural flaws they find in the wood to inlay turquoise, malachite, river rock and other stones. Using the natural cracks and knots in the wood as part of the design enables them to choose interesting pieces of wood that otherwise would never see their full potential.
Everything they create is fully functional. Often, we hear from customers that their work is too pretty to use, but we disagree. Life is to short not to surround yourself with beauty!
