Returns and Refunds
We want you to have the best possible shopping experience. We do know things happen and sometimes items need to be returned. Full refunds (minus any shipping charges) will be made for items returned in new condition within 30 days.
Return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense. Cedar Creek Gallery is not responsible for any broken or damaged items shipped by the customer. We recommend insuring return shipments for their retail value to protect against loss or shipping damage.
We do not accept returns on custom and special orders.
You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of shipping. Your refund will be processed within one business day after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
