Return Policy
We want you to have the best possible shopping experience, whether you purchase from Cedar Creek Gallery online or in the gallery. If you need to make a return, we're happy to help.
Gallery Purchases
- Items purchased in the gallery may be returned within 30 days with the original receipt for a full refund (minus any shipping charges, if applicable), provided they are returned in new condition.
- If you do not have your receipt or the return is made after 30 days, you will receive a store credit for the purchase.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment whenever possible.
- For cash purchases over $100, refunds may be issued by check.
Online Purchases
- Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus original shipping charges), provided they are returned in new condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Cedar Creek Gallery is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend insuring return shipments for their retail value to protect against loss or shipping damage.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and processed within 3 business days after your return is received. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom orders
- Special orders
- Consignment items
