Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship orders by USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground.
We'll pack your purchase and get it out the door quickly. If you've provided us with an email address, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information so you can track the progress of your shipment. Actual delivery time is based on carrier performance and is not guaranteed.

If you are purchasing a gift to ship to a different recipient address, please allow enough time for your gift to reach its destination. We do not offer overnight or express shipping on any items.

Cedar Creek Gallery ships to addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48) and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you prefer to have your purchase delivered to a P.O. Box, you must select USPS Ground Advantage as your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Local Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Cedar Creek Gallery in Creedmoor. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within two business days. We will email you when your order is ready. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am—5 pm, seven days a week. When you visit, please bring either a printed or digital copy of the order confirmation email.
If you prefer to meet us curbside to pick up your order, call us at 919-528-1041, and we'll meet you in the parking lot.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within ten days of shipping confirmation, email les@cedarcreekgallery.com. Please include your name and order number.

Returns

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience. We do know things happen, and sometimes items need to be returned. Full refunds (minus any shipping charges) will be made for items returned in new condition within 30 days. 

Return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense. Cedar Creek Gallery is not responsible for any broken or damaged items shipped by the customer. To protect against loss or shipping damage, we recommend insuring return shipments for their retail value. We do not accept returns on custom and special orders.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the item's price minus the shipping cost. Your refund will be processed within one business day after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. 

Damaged Items

If anything we ship arrives damaged, please contact us by phone or email immediately. We will send you a replacement item or a full refund, including the shipping cost. Take pictures of the damage and retain the box and packaging materials your item arrived in for inspection by the carrier.
