Inside-Out Salad Tongs

$55.00

Ever wished you had an extra set of hands in the kitchen? Meet your new culinary companions: handcrafted tongs that act like two hands but only need one to operate. It’s kitchen magic. Or at least really clever woodworking.

Perfect for tossing salads, turning roasted veggies, serving bread rolls, or holding down a potato that just won’t cooperate. Basically, if it needs gripping, flipping, or wrangling, these forked “hands” are up to the task.

And when the job’s done? They fold flat. Like really flat. Tidy drawer lovers, rejoice—no more wrestling oddly shaped utensils that refuse to coexist with your spatula collection.
Each set is lovingly handcrafted from cherry wood and measures about 12" long and 2" wide.

Care tips? Easy. No dishwashers, please—these tongs like it old school. Hand wash gently, and occasionally treat them to a little food-grade mineral oil to keep their wooden glow looking good as new.

About Jonathan's Spoons

It all started the day Jonathan forgot to put a spoon in his lunch bag when he was working as an apprentice to a furniture maker. He took a piece of scrap wood and quickly shaped a spoon.

Jonathan’s spoons have developed over the years. Originally made of uncommon woods such as lilac, plum, and honeysuckle, he has since chosen to make his spoons of cherry wood. His utensils have a unique sense of balance and warmth because they are designed with the hand and purpose in mind. "Spoons" have become spatulas, tongs, spaghetti forks, spreaders, and more.
