About Maishe Dickman
Originally trained as an industrial designer, Maishe Dickman brings a keen eye for form and function to every piece he creates. Inspired by the natural world, his classic stoneware dinnerware is designed to soothe the eye and invite the hand. Working primarily on the potter’s wheel — with occasional slab-constructed pieces — Maishe crafts pottery that’s both beautiful and made for everyday use, with the occasional one-of-a-kind decorative piece. Each piece is fired to Cone 10 in a reduction atmosphere at his Connecticut studio, giving the stoneware its rich, durable character.
