Each board has a groove on one side to catch juice from fruits, meats, and veggies, or crumbs from crackers and breads. Don't need the groove? Just flip the board over and use the flat side without the groove.
Since these cutting boards are handmade, wood and grain patterns vary slightly on each piece.
