Cedar Creek Gallery studio artist Jennifer Stas creates her work from mid-range stoneware clay. Each piece is handbuilt or thrown.The fundamental goal of her work is simple: a marriage between aesthetics and function, created through the distinctive use of color and form.

Jennifer finds all the inspiration she needs in the endless imagery of the mountains of North Carolina, which she tries to reflect in her pottery.
