About Laura Gullie

Clay has been a part of Laura’s life for as long as she can remember. When she was a little girl, Laura loved digging up the clay in her backyard, making little pots decorated with sticks and acorns, and letting them dry in the sun.
For years. Laura owned a ceramics business in Seagrove, NC, where she began to focus on small-batch ceramic tiles. Today, Laura continues creating tiles inspired by the beautiful mountains outside the doors of her studio located near Boone, NC.
Every piece is hand-made by Laura. She never uses molds or presses, which means no two tiles are alike!
