Created in Lisa Oakley's hot glass studio at Cedar Creek Gallery, this hand-blown Reef Bowl reflects the artist's fascination with the colors and textures of the underwater world. An avid scuba diver, Oakley draws inspiration from the coral reefs she explores, translating their layered patterns, shifting light, and natural forms into glass. She describes her Reef Bowls as an interpretation of the "chaos of textures and colors" found beneath the surface.

The bowl features a luminous aqua blue base accented with flowing ribbons of cobalt, emerald, coral, and violet, along with subtle speckling that adds depth and visual interest. Because each piece is individually hand-blown, no two Reef Bowls are exactly alike.

At 15" in diameter and 4.5" high, this impressive Reef Bowl is designed to be appreciated as a work of art. Display it as a centerpiece using the molded foot on the back, or hang it on the wall with the integrated copper hook to showcase its color and depth from every angle.
