This end grain cutting board is handcrafted from laminated ¾” squares, creating a durable and knife-friendly surface. Since the wood fibers run vertically, knives slide between them rather than cutting across, helping to keep your blades sharper and reducing visible knife marks. Plus, end grain surfaces are 10 times harder than side grain, making this board exceptionally tough and long-lasting.  

Measuring approximately 13.5” long, 9.75” wide, and a solid 1” thick, this board has a sturdy, substantial feel. It’s crafted from a beautiful mix of hardwoods, including maple, ash, hickory, white oak, coffeenut, tulip poplar, black cherry, black locust, and black walnut—each board has its own unique character.  

To keep your end grain board in top shape, it requires a bit more care than side grain boards. Regular conditioning will help maintain its strength, beauty, and performance for years to come.
