Nathaniel & Ted Nienow

Many of Nathaniel and Ted Nienow’s timeless designs have been around for more than thirty years. When Ted first started the business in the mid-80's, he made and sold small wood décor items at local craft shows. After three years of designing and testing wood cutting and bending techniques, Ted released his first wood wildflower design - the Pink and White Lady Slipper, Minnesota’s state flower. The success of the first wood wildflower led to the creation of a new wood flower each year.

In 2005, Nathaniel left his graphic design career in California and moved back to Minnesota to join Ted in the wood shop. Today, Ted is enjoying retirement by walking in the woods, and Nathaniel continues to innovate and design new flower and vase designs each year.
